The Decision is Yours (5)
Derek finishes this week by stressing the
importance of responding to God when He speaks to you. Repeatedly
ignoring or sidestepping His promptings can cause you to be rejected. This is
not God’s will for you.
7 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost says, To day if you will hear his
voice, 8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of
temptation in the wilderness: 9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my
works forty years. 10 Wherefore I was grieved with that
generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known
my ways. 11 So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.) 12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be
in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. 13 But exhort one another daily,
while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the
deceitfulness of sin. 14 For we are made partakers of
Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; 15 While it is said, To day if ye
will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. 16 For some, when they had heard,
did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt

Facing the Future (17)
How the world would be moved if they could see
all of Christ’s church together in unity! This is what Jesus prayed for. Why
should we not believe that God will answer Him? He showed Ezekiel a valley full
of dry bones and told him what to prophesy to bring them together and they did.
Surely, God can breathe on His church and bring us together too.
Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of
God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2 Unto the church of God which is
at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints,
with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both
their's and our's: 3 Grace be unto you, and peace,
from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 4 I thank my God always on your
behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5 That in every thing ye are enriched
by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6 Even as the testimony of Christ
was confirmed in you:
7 So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our
Lord Jesus Christ: 8 Who shall also confirm you unto
the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 God is faithful, by whom you were
called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but
that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment
(1 Cor. 1:1-10)

Facing the Future (18)
Jesus has a program, a plan for how the unity of the Church is to
be accomplished, and He has provided the means through people. We have to
commit, submit, and then fit into the fully functioning body of Christ.

The First Church
In concluding this week’s teaching, Derek
stresses that same elements that were in the early church are for the church
today, both collectively and individually. We have a King who is coming back
and it is up to us to proclaim that Jesus is alive, ruling in our midst. As we
do, the Holy Spirit will confirm our witnessing with power.

The pending Judgement by Jesus of all the leaders and all the pastors and all
the people of the Pentecostal Assemblies in Canada

they shall turn away their ears
from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables (2 Tim. 4:4, multitudes have
turned from the truth already, details below, the greatest number of saints
whose Agape-Love has grown cold is ever increasing, Mat.24:12, and so is
Apostasy, 2 Thes. 2:3).

over the Israel of God (Ezekiel 33 : 6 – 13, Hebrews 3 : 6) to all the
leadership and all the people associated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of
Canada on the occasion of the 1982 general conference at the end of his message
‘The Redeemer is coming to Zion’, which went like this:
‘We have got men so busy running around the world trying to
win the kingdom for God. But where are those, where are those who shut
themselves in, who hear the sound of the trumpet? You understand, people, you
and I are not ready, you are not ready! Now, folks I can say some things and
that’s because I have nothing left to lose, I have nothing to prove to anybody.
I have already received my divine detachment.
We are here now in his unbelievable presence, and I will
bring you what I feel the Holy Spirit told me to tell you. That’s the reason I
came. Maybe you are not relating to everything that I am saying, yet. It refers
to the Pentecostal Assemblies of God in Canada
