The apostle Paul was making sure that he was pure of the blood of the saints and Elders of the City of Ephesus (Acts 20:25-31), having declared unto them the whole counsel of God, hiding nothing, not ceasing to warn everyone night and day with tears (1 Cor. 15:1, Rom. 11:22, Heb. 10:26, James 5:20, Rev. 2:5-3:4, 22:14-19, cut off, Mat. 24:12-13, saved, Ez:33:13) while he was yet with them; In contrast, your visits to Quebec are more remembered by the jokes you crack while amongst your sinning friends (like the one about Sam Lecompte’s initials on the carpet of the Sheraton Hotel in Laval). Meanwhile, 28 years have gone by since you gave this message to the PAOC Assemlies in obedience to the Holy Spirit, and thanks to your silence, two generations of saints are ignorant of God’s warning (my people perish for lack of knowledge). Help ME to acknowledge that the attributes of our Lord are inseperable from his person; and this being true, there is no authority in His Church apart from Christ, who is the Head of His own Body’.
If we will not hear, then God may put in our place many of these newly awakened messengers from the other denominations who will gladly take our ministries and crowns.

I have already received my divine detachment.
We are here now in his unbelievable presence, and I will bring you what I feel the Holy Spirit told me to tell you. That’s the reason I came. Maybe you are not relating to everything that I am saying, yet. It refers to the Pentecostal Assemblies of God in Canada. If all the leaders and all the pastors and all the people, unless you and I repent, he is going to remove your candlestick. He is going to remove it, and he will pick him up a people who are given totally to his love. You put away your professionalism, you get back to the cross, you get back to the secret closet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. I thank my God for the purity of your ministry and the steady flow of edification, exhortation and comfort that have flown from it so consistently and uncompromisingly over the last two decades.
I would like to ask your help by way of giving me an update as well as your current thinking concerning the prophesy that you delivered to all the leadership and all the people associated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada on the occasion of the 1982 general conference at the end of your message ‘The Redeemer is coming to Zion’, which went like this:

- Are you still fully persuaded that this was what the Holy Spirit told you to tell them?
- Have you had even one testimony of someone who has laid it to heart and reformed his ways, giving heed to this prophesy, especially from Quebéc?
- a) Do you think that their candlestick has been removed, either for the whole movement or for the unrepentant churches?
b) Do you think that the Lord still holds to His vision of the local church, i.e. one city/one church/one body/one candlestick? Or …
c) Have we provoked the Lord to multiply the candlesticks in order to accommodate our innumerable emulations, jealousies, divisions, sects, denominations and other works of the flesh (i.e. one for the PAOC Assemblies of Canada, one for the Independent Assemblies of God in Canada, one for each church disassociated from the PAOC Assemblies and so on, each of which being separately represented in one and the same city, like Longueuil)?
4. a) Are you familiar with the exhortation ‘Are we hindering REVIVAL?’
which R.A. Sternall, one of the PAOC founding members, addressed to
his fellow pastors and leaders a few years after the movements’
glorious beginnings (much along the same lines than your prophesy),
and if so, …..
b) would you know of even one testimony of someone who laid it to
heart and reformed his ways, giving heed to this exhortation,
especially someone from Quebéc?

The church as we know it today began with repentance. When
Peter preached the cross at Pentecost, thousands came to Christ.
This new church was made up of one body, consisting of all races,
filled with love for one another. Its corporate life was marked by
evangelism, a spirit of sacrifice, even martyrdom.
The wonderful beginning reflects God's word to Jeremiah: "I had
planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed" (Jeremiah 2:21).
Yet the Lord's next words describe what often happens to such
works: "How then art thou turned into the degenerate plant of a
strange vine unto me?" (2:21). God was saying, "I planted you right.
You were mine, bearing my name and nature. But now you've
turned degenerate."
What caused this degeneration in the church? It always has been,
and will continue to be, idolatry. God is speaking of idolatry when
he says to Jeremiah, "My people have changed their glory for that
which doth not profit" (2:11).
Most Christian teaching today identifies an idol as anything that
comes between God's people and himself. Yet that's only a partial
description of idolatry.
Idolatry has to do with a much deeper heart issue. The number-one
idol among God's people isn't adultery, pornography or alcohol. It's
a much more powerful lust. What is this idol? It's a driving ambition
for success. And it even has a doctrine to justify it.
The idolatry of being successful describes many in God's house
today. These people are upright, morally clean, full of good works.
But they've set up an idol of ambition in their hearts, and they
can't be shaken from it.
God loves to bless his people. He wants his people to succeed in
all they undertake honestly. But there is now a raging spirit in the
land that is overtaking multitudes-this is the spirit of love for
recognition and acquiring of things.
A man of the world said recently, "He who dies with the most toys-
wins." Tragically, Christians, too, are caught up in this pursuit.
How far we have strayed from the gospel of living through dying to
self, ego, and worldly ambition. (James 5:20, Death to souls that sin by erring from the truth, Heb. 12:14, without holiness NO ONE shall see the Lord, 1 Cor. 15:1, saved by the Gospel if you keep it as Paul preached it, unless you have believed IN VAIN, Rom. 11:22, unfaithful Gentile branches cut off like the Jewish branches, Rev. 3:1, a name of being alive, but you are dead, dying unless strengthened, Rev. 22:14-19, Gal. 5:20, no entry for garments defiled by the works of the flesh, Mark 9:47-51, salt that has lost its flavor cast into Hell, Mat. 7:21-23, him only, 24:12-13, saved, 24:45-51, good and faithful or cut to pieces, hypocrites, wicked servants, not redeeming their souls, Acts 20:25-31, pure of the blood of the elders of the City of Ephesus, Heb.10:26, sinning wilfully, 2 Tim. 4:1-4, turning ears away from the truth, Titus 1:5-14, not ordaining elders in every City, but attaching themselves to the commandments of men who turn away from tha truth)

The church as we know it today began with repentance. When
Peter preached the cross at Pentecost, thousands came to Christ.
This new church was made up of one body, consisting of all races,
filled with love for one another. Its corporate life was marked by
evangelism, a spirit of sacrifice, even martyrdom.
The wonderful beginning reflects God's word to Jeremiah: "I had
planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed" (Jeremiah 2:21).
Yet the Lord's next words describe what often happens to such
works: "How then art thou turned into the degenerate plant of a
strange vine unto me?" (2:21). God was saying, "I planted you right.
You were mine, bearing my name and nature. But now you've
turned degenerate."
What caused this degeneration in the church? It always has been,
and will continue to be, idolatry. God is speaking of idolatry when
he says to Jeremiah, "My people have changed their glory for that
which doth not profit" (2:11).
Most Christian teaching today identifies an idol as anything that
comes between God's people and himself. Yet that's only a partial
description of idolatry.
Idolatry has to do with a much deeper heart issue. The number-one
idol among God's people isn't adultery, pornography or alcohol. It's
a much more powerful lust. What is this idol? It's a driving ambition
for success. And it even has a doctrine to justify it.
The idolatry of being successful describes many in God's house
today. These people are upright, morally clean, full of good works.
But they've set up an idol of ambition in their hearts, and they
can't be shaken from it.
God loves to bless his people. He wants his people to succeed in
all they undertake honestly. But there is now a raging spirit in the
land that is overtaking multitudes-this is the spirit of love for
recognition and acquiring of things.
A man of the world said recently, "He who dies with the most toys-
wins." Tragically, Christians, too, are caught up in this pursuit.
How far we have strayed from the gospel of living through dying to
self, ego, and worldly ambition. (James 5:20, Death to souls that sin by erring from the truth, Heb. 12:14, without holiness NO ONE shall see the Lord, 1 Cor. 15:1, saved by the Gospel if you keep it as Paul preached it, unless you have believed IN VAIN, Rom. 11:22, unfaithful Gentile branches cut off like the Jewish branches, Rev. 3:1, a name of being alive, but you are dead, dying unless strengthened, Rev. 22:14-19, Gal. 5:20, no entry for garments defiled by the works of the flesh, Mark 9:47-51, salt that has lost its flavor cast into Hell, Mat. 7:21-23, him only, 24:12-13, saved, 24:45-51, good and faithful or cut to pieces, hypocrites, wicked servants, not redeeming their souls, Acts 20:25-31, pure of the blood of the elders of the City of Ephesus, Heb.10:26, sinning wilfully, 2 Tim. 4:1-4, turning ears away from the truth, Titus 1:5-14, not ordaining elders in every City, but attaching themselves to the commandments of men who turn away from tha truth)
